We keep the information needed to run this neighborhood directory.
What is public
Approved stand names, photos, descriptions, products, prices, payment methods, hours, and the address and map location you choose are public. Share only a location you are comfortable publishing. Uploaded images are resized and their metadata is removed.
What stays private
Your account email, password hash, recovery-code hash, and unapproved listing are not shown to visitors. The site owner can review your email, listing, and reports to run the directory. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes, not readable text.
Cookies and services
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. When email links are enabled, Resend delivers private sign-in emails and receives your email address and message content. Unconfirmed stand submissions are held for up to 24 hours and removed on the next submission or sign-in request after expiry. Email links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. We do not run advertising trackers. Railway hosts the website, account records, and photos. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap; fonts and map software may load from Google Fonts and unpkg. These providers receive normal connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads their services. ZIP search runs on our server using GeoNames data.
Keeping and removing data
Your account and listing remain until you delete them. You can edit your listing, take it off the public map, or delete your account from your seller account page. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit abuse and are removed after 24 hours as new requests are processed. Deleting live data does not immediately erase existing backups; those copies remain until the owner’s backup rotation removes them.
Questions or corrections
Use “Report a problem” on any public listing to reach the site owner about that listing. For your own information, use the editing and deletion options in your seller account.
